The role focuses on front-of-house service delivery, staff supervision, and maintaining high standards of guest experience.

You will lead front-of-house teams, coordinate with kitchen leadership, ensure OH&S compliance, and report on venue performance to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality or venue management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of service standards and guest relations.
• Ability to resolve customer issues professionally and maintain guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and oversee overall venue operations with a focus on FOH service.
• Supervise, train, and roster supervisors and wait staff.
• Promote and monitor service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Act as primary contact for escalated guest concerns and manage customer relations.
• Ensure OH&S compliance and hospitality regulations are met.
• Coordinate with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless FOH/BH operations.
• Implement and review procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Provide regular operational reports to General Manager.
