Qualifications

• Proven experience as Venue Manager or similar in a multi-faceted hospitality venue
• Strong background across hotel operations, F&B and gaming
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams while driving results and accountability
• Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labour and P&L

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire venue across accommodation, F&B, bar, gaming and functions
• Drive operational performance, profitability and key financial targets
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, presentation and compliance
• Lead, coach and develop department managers and frontline teams
• Manage rostering, labour costs and overall resource allocation
• Ensure full compliance with liquor licensing, gaming regulations, RSA/RSG, WHS and venue policies
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and professionally resolve any issues
• Oversee functions, events and conference delivery
• Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across the venue
• Maintain strong relationships with guests, staff and group leadership
