You will lead daily operations, manage FOH/BOH teams, and drive guest experience while achieving financial targets. You will oversee budgets, vendor relations, and private events, ensuring consistency in service quality and operational efficiency. RSA is essential; First Aid desirable.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Diploma in Hospitality or have 3+ years leadership experience in venues.
• RSA certification is essential.
• First Aid certification is desirable.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Experience with budgeting and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of the venue's day-to-day operations across all shifts.
• Ensure FOH and BOH coordination and service quality.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor venue crew and manage rosters within budget.
• Develop performance goals, conduct reviews, and address issues.
• Manage financial performance: costs, labour, and revenue; monitor budgets.
• Ensure health, safety and liquor licensing compliance and RSA adherence.
• Coordinate private dining and functions with Reservations/GUEST Experience Manager.
• Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
