Job summary

Frontline Hospitality SA & NT is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead a high-volume hospitality venue with gaming and F&B operations in Australia. You will own all aspects of the business, drive performance, and develop teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will oversee promotions, events, compliance with licensing and safety requirements, and build strong relationships with staff, suppliers, and regulators. A commercially minded leader will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in managing a high-volume hospitality venue with gaming and F&B operations.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L interpretation, labour cost control and stock management.
• Proven leadership in recruitment, coaching and staff development.
• Sound understanding of hospitality legislation, licensing, Fair Work obligations and venue compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all venue operations across gaming, F&B, events, compliance and customer service.
• Analyse performance data, manage costs, and drive profitability.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive sales through promotions, events and partnerships while ensuring regulatory compliance.
