• Minimum 5 years of experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
• Positive, hands-on attitude with ability to lead by example.
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment with high service standards.
• Strong customer service skills and passion for hospitality.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Current RSA certification.
• Barista and/or bar experience.
