RMW group is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead one of its venues in Perth. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive guest experience, and ensure strong financial performance while fostering a positive team culture.

With four established venues, this role offers growth opportunities and a chance to influence service standards, cost management, and compliance across a busy hospitality operation.

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Venue Manager to lead one of our venues and play a key role in a hospitality group that’s expanding and investing in its people, product, and culture.

About the Role

As Venue Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the venue, leading from the front to deliver exceptional service, strong financial performance, and a positive team culture.

You’ll be accountable for:

• Leading, developing, and inspiring a large front-of-house team
• Driving service standards and guest experience across all areas of the venue
• Managing rosters, labour costs, and productivity
• Overseeing stock control, ordering, and cost management
• Ensuring compliance with RSA, licensing, and health & safety requirements
• Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally
• Working closely with senior leadership on business performance and growth
• Building a strong, engaged team culture
