RMW group is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead one of its venues in Perth. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive guest experience, and ensure strong financial performance while fostering a positive team culture.

With four established venues, this role offers growth opportunities and a chance to influence service standards, cost management, and compliance across a busy hospitality operation.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Venue Manager or senior hospitality leader.
• Strong operational and financial management skills.
• Ability to lead large teams in high-volume environments.
• Hands-on approach with a visible presence on the floor.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Mansioni

• Take full responsibility for day-to-day operations of the venue and lead from the front to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive service standards and guest experience across all areas of the venue.
• Manage rosters, labour costs and productivity.
• Oversee stock control, ordering and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing, and health & safety requirements.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
