Job summary

ALH Hotels is seeking a REAL Venue Manager who lives hospitality, leads from the front, and creates pub experiences locals love. In this hands-on role, you’ll know the locals, run operations with safety and compliance at the core, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver great service every shift.

RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications are required by state guidelines, and physical tasks like lifting are part of the job.

Inherent requirements:

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
