Job summary

Grill'd is hiring for a leadership role at our Gold Coast venues. We offer an 8-week onboarding program with leadership workshops and hands-on training to hit the ground running, plus clear career pathways into Area Management, Support Office roles, or partnership programs.

• Level up: Drive growth by building business relationships, engaging with local businesses, and crafting marketing strategies.
• Lead with Purpose: Support and mentor your Restaurant Manager as they handle daily operations, compliance, and guest experiences, while you focus on the bigger picture.
• Create Community Connections: Champion local marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with local groups and businesses.
• Inspire and Develop: Coach and grow your team, ensuring a solid talent pipeline and fostering a culture where everyone thrives.
• Keep the Numbers Ticking: Partner with your RM to manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure the venue achieves its sales and operational goals.
