Grill'd is expanding across Australia and looking for Restaurant Managers who energise teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead a team of 20-50, manage rosters, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager, and drive growth through development plans and strong performance reviews.

• Keep the Numbers in Check: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the Restaurant running smoothly.
• Champion your Community: Run our Local Matters program to support and engage local groups.
