Grill'd is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead teams, drive service quality, and assist the Restaurant Manager across shifts. You will motivate staff, ensure smooth operations from grill to floor, and deliver WOW moments for guests in a fast-paced, people-first culture.
