Grill’d Healthy Burgers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a busy Townsville location and drive strong performance across operations, people and guest experience.

You will manage rostering, recruitment, stock and compliance with support from your Franchise Partner, develop your team through regular check-ins and performance conversations, and steer profits and KPIs to keep the restaurant thriving.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience.
• Ability to manage restaurant operations end-to-end.
• Strong rostering, recruitment and stock control skills.
• Experience with budgets, P&L and KPIs.

• Lead the restaurant with a team of 20–50, driving engagement and results.
• Own operations: rostering, recruitment, stock and compliance with Franchise Partner support.
• Develop team through regular check-ins and development plans.
• Manage the restaurant's financial performance including budgets and KPIs.
