Job summary

Grill'd is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead a vibrant team and deliver exceptional guest experiences across our Australian sites.

You’ll participate in a structured onboarding, have clear career pathways, and access monthly sales bonuses while contributing to community initiatives. Candidates must have full Australian working rights and be prepared to pass a National Police Check.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: motivate and guide a team alongside the Restaurant Manager.
