Grill’d in Australia is seeking a Venue Manager on the Gold Coast to lead a high-energy team in a fast casual setting. You’ll drive revenue growth, strengthen local partnerships, and mentor the Restaurant Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role offers an onboarding program, leadership workshops, and opportunities to advance into regional or ownership paths, with flexible working arrangements and a rewards program based on sales performance.
