Job summary

Grill’d is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Western Australia to lead a high-energy team of 20–50, driving engagement and delivering a great guest experience. You’ll own rosters, recruitment, stock and compliance with support from your Area Manager, while coaching your crew through performance reviews and development plans.

You’ll also manage P&L, budgets and KPIs to keep the restaurant profitable, and champion Grill’d Local Matters community programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team of 20–50 staff.
• Proven ability to manage rosters, stock and compliance.
• Experience with P&L and budget management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Full working rights in Australia and ability to pass National Police Check.
