Yo-Chi is seeking a hands-on Venue Leader in Sydney to drive daily operations, lead and develop a great team, and create memorable guest experiences. You will champion high-energy service, manage rostering, stock, cash handling and compliance, and nurture a positive culture across the venue.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail or QSR.
• Strong operational skills including rostering, stock management and team performance.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Venue Leader to join our Fish Market team in Sydney!

What you'll be doing

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver high energy, exceptional service
• Take responsibility for daily venue operations, including rostering, stock management, cash handling and compliance
• Maintain product quality, food safety standards and operational excellence
• Coach, mentor and develop your team to reach their full potential
• Monitor and drive key venue KPIs and team performance
• Ensure the venue looks sharp, runs safely and delivers a memorable guest experience
• Build a positive team culture where people feel supported and motivated
• Work closely with the wider leadership team to achieve venue goals
• Be hands on in the venue and lead by example, especially during busy periods

What we're looking for
