Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt Noosa is seeking a Venue General Manager to lead a fast-paced hospitality team and set the energetic tone of our Noosa venue. You will own the day-to-day: every shift running smoothly, every guest leaving happier, and the vibe staying high.

Whether you lead from the floor or collaborate with your Area Leader on broader growth, you will help build a culture, drive performance, and create something your team is proud to be part of.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a team in a fast-paced hospitality, QSR or retail environment.
• Genuine guest-first mindset with attention to detail.
• Confidence with rostering, cost control and day-to-day venue financials.
• Natural leader who builds trust fast and brings out the best in a team.
• Thrives on energy and pace and proactive work ethic.

What You'll Be Doing
