Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt in Ipswich (Orion Plaza) is seeking a Venue General Manager to lead our newest location. You’ll own the venue’s performance, mentor a high-energy team and deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing operations, costs and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or similar fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including labour management, budgets, COGS and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style.
• Energy, resilience and a genuine passion for developing people.

As Venue General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the venue, leading from the front to deliver exceptional experiences for both guests and team members. You'll balance people leadership, operational excellence, financial performance, and community engagement to ensure the venue consistently performs at its best.
