Job summary

Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead 3–5 venues across the Brisbane region. You’ll elevate performance, coach Venue Leaders, and build a culture of accountability and energy across the network.

You’ll stay hands-on, drive operational excellence, and partner with marketing and support teams to fuel growth during Queensland’s expansion. This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-paced hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a multi-site Area Management leadership role within QSR or hospitality.
• People-first leader who can coach, influence, and inspire experienced teams.
• Strong operational understanding across labour, cost control, service standards, and venue performance.
• Commercially minded with ability to drive results while maintaining team culture.
• Hands-on, proactive, and highly engaged, leading from within.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with growth and expansion.

• Support new venue openings and help set teams up for long term success.
• Drive results across people, customer experience, operations, labour, engagement, and financial performance.

• Stay hands on and connected to venue operations, visible, involved, and leading from within.
• Lift standards, consistency, and capability across all venues in your region.
• Train, coach, and provide meaningful real time feedback that drives growth and performance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and take proactive action to strengthen results.
• Partner with marketing and support teams to build strong community connections and local brand impact.

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Area Manager to lead 3-5 venues across the Brisbane region as Yo-Chi continues its exciting growth journey. This is a unique opportunity to join the brand during a major growth phase and play a key role in shaping the future of Yo-Chi in QLD.

As Area Manager, you’ll work closely with Venue Leaders to elevate performance, strengthen capability, and build a culture of accountability, care, and excellence. This is a role where you’ll lead through influence, coaching, developing, and inspiring leaders to consistently deliver at a high level while contributing to the continued growth of the brand.
