Job summary

The Arts and Culture Trust (ACT WA) seeks a Booking Officer to manage relationships with hirers, programme venues, and optimise spaces across WA venues. You will liaise with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and maximise event opportunities.

Based at His Majesty’s Theatre with travel to other ACT WA sites, this role requires weekend/work outside normal hours and a willingness to travel across venues in Western Australia. You will support diverse events and audiences.

• Proactive in following up enquiries and identifying booking opportunities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

• Serve as relationship manager for hirers and collaborate with internal teams.

• Promote other ACT WA opportunities and maintain accurate data and reporting.
