Job summary

The Arts and Culture Trust (ACT WA) invites applications for the role of Director Business Services. Based at His Majesty’s Theatre, Perth, the role provides strategic leadership across finance, people and culture, WHS, digital systems and facilities.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will drive organisational capability, lead change and ensure business services enable ACT WA to achieve its strategic objectives, delivering lasting cultural impact for Western Australians.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce, finance, management, human resources, organisational development, information technology or a related discipline.
• Applicants for WA public sector roles must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.
• Current satisfactory National Police Clearance within 6 months will be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across ACT WA's business services functions including finance, people and culture, work health and safety, digital systems and facilities.
• Drive organisational capability, lead change and continuous improvement to support strategic objectives.
• Build a high‑performing, sustainable organisation through collaboration and service excellence.
• Develop productive relationships with government agencies, service providers, industry partners and executive leadership.
