Zusammenfassung

Council Jobs is seeking a Venue and Events Officer to support venue hire bookings, event documentation and financial processing for the Wagga Civic Theatre and Riverina Playhouse. You will liaise with external hirers, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive user experience and compliant operations.

The role covers hospitality duties, event setup and delivery, with a focus on accurate records, customer service and adherence to safety and council policies.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in administration, events, hospitality, customer service or a similar environment.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workloads in a busy environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support for venue hire bookings and event documentation.
• Coordinate community and commercial venue bookings and liaise with hirers and internal stakeholders.
• Support event delivery, setup, pack-down, patron services and general operations.
• Provide hospitality support including stock management and basic food/beverage service.
• Maintain cleaning schedules across venues and report maintenance issues.
• Deliver professional customer service to hirers, patrons and contractors.
