Zusammenfassung

Arts and Culture Trust seeks a Finance Officer to support accounts payable across WA venues, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records. You will work with internal teams and suppliers, delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong internal controls.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will manage high-volume AP transactions, perform reconciliations, and provide guidance on AP policies and FMIS usage.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in processing accounts payable and supplier payments.
• Proficiency with FMIS and Excel for reporting and reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Process accounts payable transactions in accordance with policies and authorities.
• Review, voucher, and batch supplier invoices for payment.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare month-end journals and reconciliations.
• Provide guidance and training on accounts payable policies and FMIS usage.
