Talent Acquisition Group is seeking a proactive Key Account Coordinator to support relocations across Australia. You will coordinate vehicle movements, confirm requirements and prepare quotes, ensuring bookings progress through to completion.

Ideal candidates bring experience in customer service, logistics or related fields, with strong data accuracy, communication skills and multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, administration, coordination or operational support.
• Experience in logistics, transport, automotive, removals, fleet or related industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and coordinate vehicle relocation requests across Australia.
• Confirm vehicle, collection, delivery, timing and access requirements.
• Prepare quotes and arrange bookings through transport management systems.
• Coordinate movement of cars, caravans, boats, jet skis and other approved vehicles.
• Keep customers informed throughout the relocation process.
• Follow up delays, changes and service issues, escalating where required.
• Work with operations, pricing teams, agents and service providers to coordinate bookings.
• Support the Key Account Manager with customer updates, reporting and account administration.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure processes and systems are kept up to date.
