Job summary

Freight Assist Australia is seeking a proactive Key Accounts Coordinator to support major customer accounts. You will act as the primary contact, monitor performance, coordinate requests and elevate issues as required.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Sales and Operations to ensure requirements are understood and delivered. This role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, maintaining accurate account information and delivering high levels of service across Australia-wide

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, account management or a similar role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with nominated key customers.
• Act as a key point of contact for queries, requests and service issues.
• Escalate service issues and customer concerns when needed.
• Monitor account activity and service performance against commitments.
• Prepare KPI and performance reporting for stakeholders.
• Coordinate bookings, deliveries and timeslots with internal teams.
• Provide system training and IT-related support to customers.
• Respond to enquiries by phone and email in a timely manner.
