Job summary

Scania Australia is seeking a capable administrator with strong customer-relations skills to coordinate new vehicle movements from order intake to delivery. The role involves overseeing build processes, registering vehicles, and liaising with suppliers to ensure accurate builds and timely handovers.

You will manage quotes, check credit limits, and identify appropriate payment methods while maintaining high standards of communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new vehicle movements from order intake to delivery and generate associated documentation.
• Oversee build processes and supplier liaison to ensure timely vehicle completion.
• Manage customer expectations with timely progress updates and handover upon completion.
• Support quotation processes by checking payment terms and applicable payer types; upsell where appropriate.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and the Scania Australia Service Network to streamline movements.
