Secure Parking Pty Ltd. is seeking a Valet Assistant Manager to lead Brisbane Airport valet operations and ensure premium service delivery. You will report to the Valet Manager and drive performance across customer service, site operations and staff development.

The role emphasizes managing customer enquiries, coordinating with airport contractors, and maintaining high presentation and operational standards across valet sites, while monitoring KPIs and costs to improve revenue.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or parking operations preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to lead a team and manage shift rosters effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day valet site operations and cash handling.
• Supervise, recruit, roster, and develop the Valet team.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, safety standards and client KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
