Secure Parking is seeking a hands-on Valet Assistant Manager to lead the premium valet operation at Brisbane Airport. You will report to the Valet Manager and drive day-to-day operations while delivering an outstanding customer experience for our client, Brisbane Airport Corporation.

This role requires commercial acumen, leadership of a frontline team, and a strong focus on operational performance and safety in a busy airport environment.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Valet Manager, the Valet Assistant Manager plays a key role in leading day-to-day valet operations while ensuring the delivery of a premium customer experience for our valued client, Brisbane Airport Corporation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded leader who can balance operational excellence, customer satisfaction, team leadership, and business performance.

Customer Service

• Manage customer enquiries, complaints, incidents, and claims in line with company procedures.
• Ensure all customer requests are handled efficiently and within required timeframes.

Valet Site Operations

• Oversee valet payments, cash collection, and reconciliations.
• Lead site operations and maintain local procedures and performance standards.
• Coordinate with airport contractors and service providers.
• Maintain presentation and operational standards across all valet sites.
• Monitor performance targets and implement corrective actions where required.
• Manage costs and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements.
• Provide operational support as required, including after-hours assistance.

Staff Management and Development

• Supervise, recruit, roster, and performance manage team members.
• Deliver inductions, training, and ongoing staff development.

Other Duties

• Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the business in workplace health and safety initiatives.
• Comply with all WHS, diversity, and company policies.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.
• Undertake other reasonable duties as required.
