Responsibilities

• Coordinate with airport contractors and service providers.
• Supervise, recruit, roster, and performance manage team members.
• Deliver inductions, training, and ongoing staff development.
• Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the business in workplace health and safety initiatives.

• Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.

As Valet Assistant Manager, you report directly to the Valet Manager and is responsible for the management of all Valet operations and administration. The role must provide a focus on the delivery of a premium car park product and encompass the ability to report on commercial development of the Valet Services to the client, Brisbane Airport Corporation.

The successful candidate will be commercially focused and responsible for the following duties.

• Customer Service
  • Manage customer enquiries, complaints, incidents, and claims in line with company procedures.
  • Ensure all customer requests are handled efficiently and within required timeframes.
• Valet Site Operations
  • Oversee valet payments, cash collection, and reconciliations.
  • Lead site operations and maintain local procedures and performance standards.
  • Coordinate with airport contractors and service providers.
  • Maintain presentation and operational standards across all valet sites.
  • Monitor performance targets and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Manage costs and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements.
  • Provide operational support as required, including after-hours assistance.
• Staff Management and Development
  • Supervise, recruit, roster, and performance manage team members.
  • Deliver inductions, training, and ongoing staff development.
• Other Duties
