Job summary

Secure Parking is seeking a Valet Assistant Manager for the Brisbane Airport site. You will report to the Valet Manager and oversee all valet operations, customer service, staff rostering, and site compliance to deliver a premium car park experience.

Responsibilities include managing customer enquiries, payments, operational standards, contractor coordination, and staff development while ensuring safety, financial controls, and KPI delivery on a key client site.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, complaints, incidents, and claims in line with company procedures.
• Oversee valet payments, cash collection, and reconciliations.
• Lead site operations and maintain local procedures and performance standards.
• Coordinate with airport contractors and service providers.
• Maintain presentation and operational standards across all valet sites.
• Monitor performance targets and implement corrective actions where required.
• Manage costs and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements.
• Provide operational support as required, including after-hours assistance.
