Europcar is seeking a Full Time Underground Shift Supervisor FIFO from Perth for our Perth Airport location. Reporting to the Station Manager, this role supports sales and customer service excellence while driving revenue and profitability across the station.

Qualificações

• Experience working in a supervisory or management position.
• Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience.
• Experience with reporting on KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Station Manager to exceed financial targets and KPI's in optimising revenue growth and maximising profitability
• Effectively control station costs in accordance with set budgets
• Ensuring Company damage policies are complied with to decrease the risk and/or cost to accidents
• Actively market and promote Europcar services within the specified station region
• Exceed and surpass customer service expectations
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports on agreed financial, operational station and fleet performance measures
