Qualifications

• Experience working in a supervisory, team leader, or management position.
• Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience.
• Reporting and rostering in accordance with budgets.
• Experience working with KPIs.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Ability to work a 7 day rotating shift roster.
• Full driver’s licence.
• Full Australian work right.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Station Manager to exceed financial targets and KPI's in optimizing revenue growth and profitability.
• Control station costs in line with budgets.
• Ensure company damage policies are complied with to reduce risk and cost of accidents.
• Actively market Europcar services within the specified station region.
• Exceed and surpass customer service expectations.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports on financial, operational station and fleet performance measures.
