Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Full Time Shift Supervisor for our Perth Airport location to support the Station Manager, drive revenue, and deliver outstanding customer service across daily operations.

You will lead a small frontline team, manage rosters, monitor KPIs, and ensure cost controls while promoting Europcar services and maintaining high service standards for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory, team-leader or management role.
• Prior sales, retail or customer service experience.
• Experience reporting and rostering in line with budgets.
• Experience working with KPIs.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating shift roster.
• Full Australian work rights and a valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Station Manager to exceed financial targets and KPI's in optimising revenue growth and profitability.
• Control station costs in accordance with budgets.
• Ensure compliance with damage policies to reduce risk and cost from accidents.
• Market and promote Europcar services within the station region.
• Exceed customer service expectations.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports on financial and operational performance.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Full Time Shift Supervisor for our Perth Airport location. Reporting to the Station Manager this role plays a critical part in ensuring excellent sales and customer service for our clients whilst being dedicated to the growing success of the Station.

To be considered, you will possess:

• Experience working in a supervisory, team leader, or management position
