Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a dedicated full-time team member for the Coolangatta Airport location to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service at every step of the customer journey.

You will greet customers, resolve issues, and ensure a WOW experience while maintaining vehicle checks and safety standards. The role requires rotating shifts, strong communication, and a valid Australian driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail or sales.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Computer literacy skills required.
• The ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid Australian driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Current and ongoing Australian work rights.
• A positive can do attitude!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner at the final stage of their journey.
• Resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Go the extra mile to provide high quality service and a WOW experience.
• Assist customers starting their journey as needed.
• Conduct damage inspections on returning and outgoing vehicles.
• Check vehicle roadworthiness, oil levels and tyre pressure.
• Inspect windscreens and general wear and tear on vehicles.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive full time team member for our Coolangatta Airport location.

Reporting to the Station Manager this role plays a critical part in ensuring excellent sales and customer service for our clients whilst being dedicated to the growing success of the location.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• To greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner in the final stage of their journey
• Ensure that the customers experience has been positive and provide a solution for any issues that have occurred
• Go the extra mile to ensure high quality service and provide a WOW experience for the customer
• Also be of assistance to any customers who are commencing their journey
• Conduct damage inspection of all returning vehicles; and any outgoing vehicles, to retain customer peace of mind and overall satisfaction
• Checking the vehicles for roadworthiness and ensuring appropriate oil levels and tyre pressure is consistently maintained
• Checking for any chips on the windscreens and checking for any panel damage or any other general wear and tear on the vehicle

To be considered, you should possess:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail or sales
