Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor at our Sydney Airport location to help drive revenue, manage costs, and ensure top-tier customer service. You will support the Station Manager, lead a team and contribute to the growth of the station's performance.

This full-time role requires a 7-day rotating shift availability, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales and service excellence.

Qualificações

• Experience in a supervisory or team-leader role.
• Background in sales, retail or customer service.
• Experience reporting and rostering to budgets.
• Familiar with KPIs and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work a 7-day rotating shift roster.
• Hold full Australian work rights.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Station Manager to exceed financial targets and KPI-driven revenue growth.
• Control station costs in line with budgets.
• Adhere to damage policies to reduce risk and cost from incidents.
• Market and promote Europcar services within the station region.
• Exceed customer service expectations in all interactions.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
