Job summary

Gold Fields is seeking an experienced Mine Planner to deliver short- and medium-term plans for underground operations. You will align safety, production and cost targets with Agnew's strategy and work on an 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster from Perth.

The role offers a permanent position with a site allowance, incentives, private health support and referral bonuses. You will collaborate across departments to optimize schedules and support major projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Experience in underground mining operations.
• WA-specific safety knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- to medium-term mine plans and schedules.
• Review economic evaluations of mine designs.
• Ensure plans consider ventilation, infrastructure and paste fill.
• Prepare stope designs, declines, escapeways and layouts.
• Collaborate with departments to support projects.
