Panthers Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the business events sales for Western Sydney Convention Centre and Events Centre Penrith. You will shape the sales strategy, develop the team and drive opportunities that increase revenue and venue utilisation.

You’ll lead proactive sourcing, manage a robust pipeline and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, while strengthening key accounts and collaborating with Trilogy Hotels and internal teams to deliver exceptional

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading sales or business development in events, conferencing or hospitality.
• Proven ability to win new business and grow key accounts against revenue targets.
• Experience coaching and developing a sales team.
• Strong presentation, proposal writing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Comfort using sales data and pipeline reporting to guide decisions.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the business events sales strategy across both venues.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team, driving performance and achievement of targets.
• Proactively source and pursue new business, convert leads into bookings and build repeat business.
• Develop relationships with key clients, conference organisers, industry partners and corporate accounts.
• Prepare proposals, present venue solutions and negotiate terms to secure business.
• Place business across WSCC and ECP to maximise outcomes for Panthers Group.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell accommodation, conferencing and events across Panthers precinct.
• Collaborate with hotels, marketing and relationships teams to grow demand and opportunities.
