Panthers Group is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to support planning and delivery at the Western Sydney Convention Centre and Event Centre Panthers. You will manage details, communicate clearly with clients, and work with hospitality teams to ensure seamless events.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, events or customer service is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate conferences, meetings, weddings and social events.
• Prepare and distribute event orders, run sheets and client communications.
• Liaise with F&B, AV, kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and support on-the-day event coordination as needed.
• Maintain accurate event information in event management systems.
