Job summary

Penrith Panthers, based in Sydney's Western Suburbs, is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of conferences, meetings, weddings and social events at the Western Sydney Convention Centre and Panthers venues.

You will coordinate event orders, liaise with F&B, AV and operations teams, conduct site inspections and assist client meetings, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, events or customer service.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional presentation and positive, can-do attitude.
• Experience in hotels or conference venues is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of conferences, meetings, weddings, and social events
• Prepare and distribute event orders, function sheets, and runsheets
• Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries and support
• Liaise with food & beverage, kitchen, AV, and operations teams
• Conduct site inspections and assist with client meetings
• Support on-the-day event coordination as required
• Maintain accurate event information within event management systems
