Job summary

Panthers Group in Western Sydney is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to support planning and delivery of events across the Western Sydney Convention Centre and Event Centre Panthers. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment delivering conferences, weddings and social events with meticulous attention to detail.

The role suits someone with hospitality or events background who thrives on exceptional guest experiences and coordinating with venues, F&B, AV and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Experience in hotels or conference venues (highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Coordination of conferences, meetings, weddings, and social events.
• Prepare and distribute event orders, function sheets, and run sheets.
• Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries and support.
• Liaise with food & beverage, kitchen, AV, and operations teams.
• Conduct site inspections and assist with client meetings.
• Support on-the-day event coordination as required.
• Maintain accurate event information within event management systems.
