Job summary

Panthers Group is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to support planning and delivery across Western Sydney Convention Centre and Event Centre Panthers. The role suits someone with hospitality or events experience and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will coordinate conferences, meetings, weddings and social events, communicate with clients, and work with F&B, kitchen, AV and operations teams to ensure seamless events and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of conferences, meetings, weddings, and social events.
• Prepare and distribute event orders, function sheets, and run sheets.
• Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries and support.
• Liaise with food & beverage, kitchen, AV, and operations teams.
• Conduct site inspections and assist with client meetings.
• Support on-the-day event coordination as required.
• Maintain accurate event information within event management systems.
