You will combine on-floor presence with data-driven workflow improvements to enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities include managing bookings, monitoring performance, coaching staff and maintaining service excellence while upholding privacy and policy standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in medical administration or healthcare management.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
• Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Well organised with strong time management.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily clerical and administrative operations.
• Monitor bookings, cancellations, reschedules and rebookings.
• Analyse trends to identify gaps and opportunities for better appointment utilisation.
• Collaborate with call centre and clinical teams for accurate bookings and timely follow-up.
• Lead, coach and mentor clerical staff, setting clear service and teamwork expectations.
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with constructive feedback.
