Job summary

Radiology SA is seeking a Clerical Site Senior for our Victoria Park location to lead the clerical team and support delivery of patient care. This full-time, fixed-term contract runs until June 2028 with potential ongoing opportunities.

You will supervise clerical operations, coordinate workflows, manage rosters, and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient reception and bookings.

• Extensive knowledge of Best Practice policies and Visage (RIS & Bookings).
• High level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service skills.
• Confidently managing both new and experienced staff.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel between departments and attend out-of-hours meetings when required.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to take on the role of Clerical Site Senior for our Victoria Park. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills to lead the clerical team while supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care.

This is a full-time fixed-term contract until June 2028, with potential opportunities for ongoing employment within the business.

The Opportunity

As the Clerical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations within the site. This includes supervising clerical staff, coordinating workflows, managing rosters, and supporting a collaborative and positive team environment.
