You will coordinate admin tasks, oversee reception, and support referrers within a fast-paced clinic. We value experience in radiology or medical administration, strong computer skills, and knowledge of Medicare rules.

Qualifications

• Leadership/management experience in radiology or medical office.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with patients, referrers, and staff.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality in a fast-paced clinic.
• Solid organisational and time management abilities; proficient computer skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare rules and legislation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily administrative operations at Dandenong clinic.
• Maintain patient flow and high service standards for all front-desk activities.
• Foster strong relationships with patients, referrers and team members.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of information across systems.
• Support scheduling and coordination to optimise clinic efficiency.
• Collaborate with management on process improvements.
