St Basil's Homes NSW/ACT is seeking an Aged Care Educator – Clinical to design, deliver and evaluate high-quality education programs that elevate clinical practice and workforce capability across our aged care sites.

You will work with operational leaders and clinical teams to provide education, coaching and competency-based learning, while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across St Basil's.

Competenze

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
3–5 years clinical experience in aged care.
Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards.
Experience delivering education and training programs.
Ability to coach, mentor and support staff at all levels.

Mansioni

Assess learning and development needs across the clinical workforce.
Develop annual clinical education plans and training calendars.
Deliver education through face-to-face, online and blended formats.
Facilitate orientation and induction programs for new staff.
Conduct competency assessments and skills validation.
Audit clinical practices including wound care, medication management and infection control.
Monitor education compliance and mandatory training completion.
Support quality improvement and clinical governance activities.
