Job summary

Talent Quarter Pty Limited is partnering with a Not-for-Profit aged care provider to recruit a Clinical Nurse Educator. The role covers NSW and ACT facilities, driving clinical education, onboarding, and competency assessments across sites.

You will uplift clinical standards, support accreditation readiness and mentor nursing and care staff, while travel across multiple sites as required. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Experience in education, training or staff development.
• Strong facilitation and engagement skills.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate clinical education programs.
• Facilitate onboarding, mandatory training and competency assessments.
• Coach and support nursing and care staff across sites.
• Identify gaps in practice and implement targeted education strategies.
• Support accreditation readiness and quality improvement initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to embed best practice care.
