The Placement Collective in Sydney is seeking a highly organised Sales Support Coordinator to join a busy sales team within a leading travel business. You will handle day-to-day administrative tasks and coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to keep the sales operation running smoothly.

In this behind-the-scenes role, you will manage trade enquiries, prepare engaging presentations, and assist with planning and delivery of sales projects and marketing collateral, supporting the team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales support, sales administration, coordination or customer service.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Confidence preparing and formatting professional presentations and sales materials.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Full drivers license

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the wider Sales team.
• Act as a key contact for travel advisors, assisting with portal registrations, general enquiries and ongoing support.
• Manage incoming trade enquiries and ensure timely responses and follow-up.
• rochure distribution and the delivery of sales and marketing materials.
• Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of sales projects, initiatives and team activities.
• Prepare and update professional sales presentations and supporting materials for meetings, events and training sessions.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to coordinate sales collateral, including brochures, flyers and presentations.
