Journey Beyond in Adelaide is seeking a proactive Sales Support Co-ordinator to bolster revenue growth across all brands by assisting the Business Development team. Based in our modern head office, you will manage trade enquiries, prepare materials, coordinate events, and support sales initiatives.

You will bring self-motivation, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks with ease.

Competenze

• Experience with CRM and CMS tools is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritise competing tasks in a busy environment.

Mansioni

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Business Development Team.
• Prepare and distribute sales materials, presentations, and documentation.
• Manage the trade inbox and coordinate timely responses to enquiries.
• Coordinate trade and consumer event administration and logistics.
• Represent Journey Beyond at events, familiarisations, and industry functions.
• Liaise with internal teams to support sales initiatives.
• Develop and distribute campaign advice, trade resources, and promotional updates.
• Prepare and maintain accurate nett and gross rate sheets.
• Maintain accurate records of campaigns, communications, and sales support materials.
• Support team reporting and provide fortnightly workload updates to the General Manager, National Sales.
