Travel Trade Recruitment in Sydney is seeking an enthusiastic travel professional to join the busy sales team, providing essential administrative and operational support, coordinating initiatives, and helping the team run smoothly.

The role involves supporting travel advisors, managing enquiries, maintaining databases, creating presentations, and contributing to events and campaigns, with a salary of 65k–70k AUD plus super and bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in travel sales support, administration, coordination or customer service.
• Background in travel industry is highly regarded.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep things moving.
• A positive, can-do attitude with the initiative to work independently.
• A flexible and solutions-focused approach.
• A current driver's licence.

Responsabilités

• Providing essential administrative and operational support to the wider sales team.

• Managing incoming trade enquiries and ensuring everything is followed up.
• Maintaining travel advisor databases and keeping information up to date.
• Coordinating brochure distribution, sales collateral and promotional materials.
• Creating and updating professional PowerPoint presentations.
• Supporting exciting sales projects, events, initiatives and training sessions.
• Assisting with travel advisor incentive programs and other sales activities.
