Qualifications

• Proven experience in Desktop Support, Service Desk, IT Support or similar roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows operating systems and common business applications.
• Knowledge of desktop hardware, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills to prioritise multiple support requests.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel across South Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote desktop support across client sites in South Australia.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues to minimise downtime.
• Liaise with end-users and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and high satisfaction.
